I love working with future sporting stars or youths that show great promise. Not only do they understand the need to train their bodies and develop their technique, many also have a curiosity about whether mental skills will really work for them. Many sporting youngsters have had very little mental training. They may have already become good at using their minds against them (find reasons for failure) even before starting their sport.. They can find themselves playing badly because they are not able to use their mind in an effective way. As a result, they form limiting beliefs about their abilities and find themselves not meeting expectations, or leaving them expecting failure rather than success.

Over the years of study and experience, I have developed practical techniques that achieve powerful results and real change. Youths who work with me learn positive mental skills and tools to remove negative emotions that have attached themselves to stressful or traumatic experiences. The result is that they achieve higher levels of athletic performance and sporting achievement – peak performance.
